Attorney Fees & Legal Costs Guide

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter V of the General Statute of the Spanish Bar Association, approved by Royal Decree 135/2021, of March 2nd, please be advised that the price of services provided by any attorney at this Law Firm is 90 EUR / hour.

• Taxes and/or withholdings not included.
• Unless a prior written estimate is required.
• For matters concerning BANKING LAW (in defense of consumers and users): no charge.
• For in-person consultations, fractions of an hour are rounded up.

Furthermore, in accordance with art. 48 of the General Statute of the Bar Association (and other applicable regulations), at our Law Firm you will sign an Engagement Letter in which you will be informed of the following points:

• Full name of the attorney, national ID number, Bar Association membership and registration number, professional address
  and means of contact with the attorney or their law firm, including electronic channels.
• You will be informed about the viability of the matter entrusted to us; we will endeavor to dissuade you from pursuing disputes or filing legal actions without merit and will advise you, where applicable, on alternative avenues for the best satisfaction of your interests.
• You will be informed about the fees and costs of our services through the presentation of the Engagement Letter. You will also be advised of the potential consequences of a costs order and its approximate amount.
• You will be kept informed about the status of the matter in which we are involved, as well as any relevant developments and rulings that may arise. In administrative and judicial proceedings, if the client so requests, we will
  provide copies of the various briefs submitted or received, of the judicial or administrative decisions served upon you, and of any recordings of proceedings that have taken place.
