Our Work Philosophy

Ulpian defined Justice as follows: Iustitia est constans et perpetua voluntas ius suum cuique tribuendi; «Justice is the constant and perpetual will to render to each person their due right.» The precepts of law are: «honeste vivere, alterum non laedere et suum quique tribuere…» — «to live honorably, to harm no one, and to give each person what is rightfully theirs.»

.

We have always believed that every problem requires a different solution and that, sometimes through inertia or routine, justice can be applied in a purely mechanical way. Our work must be to persuade a judge to rule in favor of our client. That is how true justice is achieved. Attention to the specific case! After all, as Aristotle himself argued, equity is justice applied to the particular case.
