Regarding obligations and contracts, there are a multitude of matters: sales, construction, leases, insurance, etc. However, at our Law Firm we must make reference to two quite frequent types: Consumer and user protection, and Insurance Contracts.
As for Consumer and User Protection, we include the nullity of general terms and conditions of contracts due to abusive clauses (floor clauses, default interest rates, etc.), as well as any other type of matters such as product or service warranties, misleading advertising, etc.
In Insurance Contracts, we handle claims for Motor Vehicle Accidents.
